An independent South African civic initiative
JusticeSA researches public policy, publishes evidence and asks Government to explain measurable outcomes. Its purpose is to help keep public debate focused on evidence, actual disadvantage, equal treatment and accountable Government.
Current legal structure
JusticeSA is presently operated as a sole proprietorship
JusticeSA is a trading name used by its owner. It is currently an independent initiative operated by one owner and is not a separate company, non-profit company (NPC), public benefit organisation (PBO), or section 18A-approved organisation.
If JusticeSA grows, the operation may later be transferred to a suitable separate legal entity. If that happens, JusticeSA will update its public legal notices, privacy information and support terms so visitors can see who operates the site.

S. A. Justice is a pen name for a South African citizen and writer. S. A. Justice writes about inequality, policy and how laws work in practice – not just on paper. This website grew out of a simple question: if we are serious about fairness, can we afford to ignore who is actually poor today and who is already part of a wealthy elite?
The aim is not to draft policy for Government. It is to make it harder for anyone – in politics, business or media – to speak about “empowerment” without looking honestly at who pays, who benefits and who is left out.
The books and research are intentionally focused and based on verifiable sources so that readers can argue with the facts rather than with rumours or slogans.
