Locked Out When Biometrics Fail?
Fingerprint and facial recognition can fail for some people, including older people. JusticeSA wants every essential service to offer an equally secure non-biometric way to prove who you are.
JusticeSA is collecting anonymous reports of biometric failures and asks Government and essential-service providers to provide secure alternatives, human-assisted escalation, publish privacy-safe failure-rate evidence, and test trusted-provider verification such as VerifySA.
