Current structure
JusticeSA is currently operated by the owner of JusticeSA as a sole proprietorship under the JusticeSA trading name. It is not presently a separate company, NPC, approved PBO or section 18A-approved organisation.
Financial contributions are voluntary support for JusticeSA's work. They do not buy shares, ownership, voting rights or editorial control, and JusticeSA does not represent them as tax-deductible section 18A donations. If the legal or tax status changes later, this page will be updated before any different tax treatment is claimed. Read the site terms.
